How far in advance should I inquire or book services?

We recommend reaching out as early as possible to ensure availability and allow time for thoughtful planning.


Ideal booking timelines:

  • Elevated Experience Planning: 3–6+ months in advance
  • Signature Serenity Planning: 2–4 months in advance
  • Harmony Coordination: at least 6 weeks in advance
  • Virtual Planning & Design Services: 2–6 weeks in advance



Availability may vary depending on the season and scope of the gathering. If your event is approaching sooner, feel free to inquire and we will confirm availability when possible.

Do you offer day-of coordination only?

Yes. Our Harmony Coordination package is designed for clients who have completed most of their planning but would like professional support to manage logistics, timelines, and vendor communication on the event day. We begin coordination prior to the event and recommend booking at least 6 weeks in advance so we can become familiar with your plans and provide the highest level of support.

Do you offer full-service event planning?

Yes. Our Elevated Experience Planning and Signature Serenity Planning packages provide comprehensive support from concept and design through coordination and execution. These options are ideal for clients who prefer a guided planning experience and cohesive event outcome.

What types of events do you plan?

Serenity Gatherings specializes in intimate, thoughtfully curated events that prioritize meaningful experiences and intentional design. This includes private celebrations, milestone gatherings, wellness events, small retreats, brand experiences, and social events. Our services are best suited for clients seeking a supportive and detail-oriented planning approach.

Do you work with small or simple events?

Yes. Serenity Gatherings specializes in thoughtfully designed gatherings of varying sizes. For smaller or more simplified events, virtual planning and design-only services provide flexible support. Full service planning is best suited for events requiring a higher level of coordination or vendor management.

Do you offer virtual or remote event planning?

Yes. Virtual planning options are available for clients who prefer professional guidance without on-site coordination. Services may include planning consultations, timeline guidance, vendor recommendations, and design direction through our Serenity Strategy SessionSignature Design Concept, and Guided Virtual Planning Package.

Serenity Gatherings is based in the DFW Metroplex and works with clients both locally and virtually.
